Zypher Network, a Web3 infrastructure pioneer focused on building trust systems for autonomous AI agents, has successfully raised $7 million in a funding round co-led by UOB Venture and Signum Capital.
The round saw additional participation from a strong lineup of strategic investors, including HashKey Capital, Hong Leong Group, Cogitent Ventures, Catcher VC, Hydrogenesis Labs, and DWF Venture.
The funding will accelerate the development of Zypher’s core technologies, which center on its zero-knowledge (ZK) protocol stack and Zytron, a custom-built rollup infrastructure specifically designed for AI agent operations.
The investment highlights growing interest in AI-integrated blockchain solutions that emphasize verifiability, data privacy, and decentralized infrastructure.
Addressing the Urgent Need for Trust in AI Agent Ecosystems
With the rapid rise of large language model (LLM)-based autonomous agents via platforms like Nvidia Eureka and OpenAI Operator, the need for verifiable, trust-oriented frameworks is becoming critical.
The market for AI agent-driven ecosystems is projected to reach $250–$350 billion by 2035, revolutionizing sectors within the broader $10 trillion “as-a-service” economy.
Zypher Network is addressing this challenge with a suite of open-source, zero-knowledge protocols aimed at certifying agent behavior and ensuring transparency without exposing sensitive data.
Its flagship product, Proof of Prompt, is a zkTLS-inspired tool that enables public verification of system prompts via RESTful APIs.
The plan is to enable seamless integration into real-world applications ranging from legal and financial services to robotics and customer support.

Zytron: Purpose-Built Infrastructure for Scalable AI Rollups
Central to Zypher’s offering is Zytron, a dedicated rollup infrastructure optimized for AI workloads.
The first production instance of Zytron operates as a Layer 2 on BNB Chain and is compatible with the RISC-V architecture, enabling high-performance proof generation and system compatibility.
Zytron also powers Zypher’s decentralized prover system, Proof Mining, which leverages a Proof of Verifiable Work mechanism to distribute and validate zero-knowledge proofs across a network of contributors.
The approach supports scalability and computational efficiency, helping Zypher position itself as a foundational layer in the emerging landscape of decentralized, trustworthy AI infrastructure.
Investors like Signum Capital have expressed confidence in Zytron’s potential to become a core element in trustworthy AI applications globally.

Strategic Growth Ahead: Developer Ecosystem, Incentives, and Industry Integration
With the newly raised capital, Zypher plans to expand its team, enhance infrastructure capabilities, and launch incentive-driven campaigns to grow its developer and user base.
To date, Zypher has already onboarded over one million on-chain participants through community initiatives and has formed integrations with key protocols like Eliza OS, io.Net, Nexus, Eigen Layer, and Polyhedra.
Looking ahead, Zypher will roll out a large-scale Social & Proof Mining campaign designed to incentivize decentralized agent verification.
CEO Giv emphasized that this funding round marks a turning point in building a more secure and transparent future for AI:
“Our trust layer protocol is redefining what’s possible in agent verification… we’re proud to be building this with our incredible ecosystem partners.”
With operations in Hong Kong and Silicon Valley, Zypher Network continues to cement its role as a leader in decentralized trust infrastructure for the AI-driven Web3 era.

Broader Industry Momentum for Privacy and AI-Blockchain Integration
Zypher’s funding round arrives amidst a wave of strategic capital flowing into privacy-centric and AI-integrated blockchain projects.
Just in the month of June, alot of funding has been recorded. Zama, a leader in fully homomorphic encryption, recently raised $57 million to scale confidential computing for encrypted smart contracts.
Also, privacy-focused Canton Network secured $135 million to expand tokenized real-world asset offerings for institutions.
Nasdaq-listed Eyenovia also raised $50 million to buy $HYPE tokens and pivot toward DeFi demonstrates how mainstream firms are jumping into crypto, despite investor concerns.
Against this backdrop, Zypher’s sharp focus on transparent AI infrastructure positions it as a significant player in shaping the next frontier of Web3 innovation.
