Rumble Partners With MoonPay to Enable Crypto Monetization For Creators

Rumble, the video sharing platform and cloud services provider, has signed an exclusive deal with MoonPay, a top crypto payments company.

The partnership will bring seamless crypto on‑ramps and off‑ramps to Rumble Wallet, set to launch in Q3 2025. It will also see MoonPay’s agency, Otherlife, use Rumble Cloud for advanced storage and computing needs.

A New Era for Creators

Chris Pavlovski, Rumble’s CEO, said that creators would be able to control their earnings due to Rumble Wallet. He noted that Rumble shares this freedom-centred motive with MoonPay. “We are not just building tools. We are building freedom,” Pavlovski emphasised.

Ivan Soto-Wright, MoonPay’s CEO, also shared the enthusiasm. He pointed out how crypto provides financial freedom, the same way Rumble provides liberty of speech.

The companies intend to empower users with seamless crypto trading convenience, including buying, selling, and swapping.

Rumble Wallet Features

The Rumble Wallet will let users convert fiat to crypto and back again. People will be able to use debit cards, credit cards and digital wallets to buy crypto inside the app.

They can also swap one coin for another without leaving Rumble. This built‑in ease is designed to help creators earn and spend without friction.

By handling all on‑ramps and off‑ramps, MoonPay ensures that users do not need to visit external sites or set up separate accounts. The wallet’s deep integration with Rumble aims to keep users in one app for content, community and payments.

Rumble Cloud and Otherlife

MoonPay’s creative agency Otherlife will transfer its technological operations to Rumble Cloud, as per the agreement. Otherlife plans to use Rumble’s object storage for big media files and decentralised compute for faster processing.

Rumble Cloud has a global network capable of managing significant workloads. This aspect of the collaboration is set to commence later this year.

The Otherlife-Rumble collaboration shift illustrates a growing interest in Rumble Cloud that extends beyond video hosting. ‘Sustainable’ and scalable storage and compute resources seem to be Rumble’s strategy for attracting more marketing agencies and web3 innovators.

This development demonstrates the effectiveness of Rumble’s technology for many different types of digital creators.

Tether Gold Now on MoonPay

In a related update, MoonPay added Tether Gold, known as XAU₮, to its app. Users in the United States, apart from New York, and customers outside the European Economic Area are eligible to buy XAU₮.

They can pay using debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or bank transfers. This adds a digital token backed by physical gold to MoonPay’s list of supported assets.

Impact on the Creator Economy

The RumbleMoonPay agreement may change the way internet producers make money. Both companies want to eliminate fees and middlemen by combining cloud, crypto, and content services. Creators might cash out sooner and maintain a bigger portion of their earnings.
