US President Donald Trump is exploring new ways to enter the digital assets world. A fresh project will mix gaming with cryptocurrency. The game is set to launch in late April.

It is designed to have a feel similar to a popular mobile game where players move around a board and earn money by building in a digital city. Sources familiar with the project told Fortune that this new venture will carry the Trump brand.

The project has hints of a real estate game, where players can earn cash by moving pieces and creating virtual buildings, the Fortune reported

A Closer Look at the Game Concept

The planned game shares some ideas with Monopoly Go! Many insiders say the game works like moving a piece on a board and earning in-game cash. This cash then helps players build a digital city.

Two sources compared the project to the classic board game Monopoly. One source mentioned that the game is a twist on that familiar style.

However, a spokesperson for Bill Zanker, who is known to have worked with Trump before, said that the Monopoly comparisons were just hearsay.

The project is being led by Bill Zanker, a long-time friend of Trump. Zanker has helped launch Trump-branded NFTs and memecoins in the past.

Trump’s Expanding Crypto Portfolio

Trump is not new to the world of crypto. Over the years, he and his family have ventured into several crypto projects. These include NFT collections, a memecoin, and even a stablecoin

There is also a decentralised finance venture and a Bitcoin mining firm where his sons, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., hold large stakes.

This new game adds to the growing list of digital assets associated with Trump. It shows his willingness to expand his reach in the crypto field while keeping his brand in the spotlight.

Business History and Connections

Bill Zanker has a long and colourful history in business. In the 1980s, he started the Learning Annex with a small amount of money from a bar mitzvah. His company once offered unusual classes that caught public attention.

In 2001, he worked with Trump on a talk, and later, they co-authored a book about achieving success. Their business paths split when Trump started his political campaign in 2015.

However, seven years later, Zanker reconnected with Trump. He then proposed new projects like NFT collections using Trump’s image. The current game project is a continuation of that partnership.

Growing Interest in Crypto Ventures

The project comes at a time when the crypto world is busy trying to mix digital assets with gaming. Players of some games earn cryptocurrency by engaging with digital content. This new game will add another option for players.

It promises to blend familiar gaming elements with the digital asset market. As the game nears its launch, many will watch to see how it performs among both crypto fans and gamers.

With this new crypto game, Trump looks to broaden his presence in digital finance and gaming. The project reflects the growing trend of mixing familiar game styles with modern blockchain technology.

While details are still emerging, the move is likely to attract a new audience to both the crypto space and the Trump brand. As the launch date approaches, all eyes will be on how this game performs and what impact it has on the crowded crypto market.
