Solana Mobile is planning to launch its second phone Seeker in mid-2025.
According to market reports, though the exact date of the launch is still not confirmed, it is likely that the device will be launched in mid-2025.
What Features Will The New Phone Have?
By combining cutting-edge hardware and software, Seeker provides a better camera, a brighter display, a longer battery life, and a lighter design.
With the introduction of the Seed Vault Wallet, created in collaboration with Solflare Wallet, the Seed Vault—the cornerstone of its security—has undergone an evolution.
Additionally, with this mobile-only wallet, transmitting and receiving cryptocurrency assets is as simple as double touching, simplifying self-custody transaction management.
Significant changes have also been made to the Solana Mobile dApp Store, which now features better navigation, policies that are sympathetic to cryptocurrencies and charge no fees, as well as a special area for web3 experiences. Soon, dApps that are exclusive to Seeker will be made available, allowing users to manage all of their rewards in one place.

Seeker to Also Have Genesis Token
Each Seeker mobile will come with a Seeker Genesis Token, a soulbound NFT that gives VIP access to exclusive events, material, and advantages within the Solana ecosystem.
This functionality ensures that dApp and builder developers can interact with actual Solana community members, fostering the expansion of DeFi, games, NFTs, and payments.
Solana Labs, the original Solana development business where co-founders Anatoly Yakovenko and Raj Gokal are still working, is where Solana Mobile is being developed. Seeker has attracted several dozen Solana teams to its so-called dApp store, maybe due to its legitimacy.
Interest in token airdrops related to the phone, which were quite profitable for the previous Solana phone, will contribute to seeker orders. The Seeker, which is presently priced at $500, has received 145,000 pre-orders.
Game Players To Get Additional Benefits With Seeker
Players can enjoy distinctive web3 gaming experiences with Seeker. Parallel Colony is one such game that will be released with limited edition prizes and resources on the Solana Mobile dApp Store.
Solana was the first blockchain to use AI, but Seeker goes one step further by letting users create tokenized AI agents using Alethea AI. These agents can create new opportunities for user engagement and money production inside the ecosystem by engaging with programs and the Solana community on-chain.
Seeker promises to bring all of Solana’s ecosystem’s potential in your pocket, whether you use it as your main mobile device or as a dedicated web3 device at home.
