Nasdaq-listed cryptocurrency company, Bitdeer, issued a heavy warning to its clients against a wave of scams where fraudsters impersonate employees of the company.
In an official announcement from its verified account, Bitdeer revealed that scammers are operating using other channels, including email, and Telegram platforms, to claim representation of the company.
These impostors via their malicious attempts, are deceiving unsuspecting users while simultaneously trying to capture sensitive information or funds from them.

Authorized Channels Emphasized to Authenticate Users
In an effort to combat such scams, Bitdeer emphasized the use of only authenticated means of communication with the company.
The official statement reiterated that any communication not originating from Bitdeer’s official website, support email, live chat, or app interface is suspect.
The firm also provided a clear list of its authentic contact channels, like the support portal (https://bitdeer.com/contact-us), where users could verify whether any communication was genuine or not.
