KuCoin, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has completed the token swap and rebranding of ATOR Protocol (ATOR) to Anyone Protocol (ANYONE), the exchange reported. This marks a significant milestone in the cryptocurrency market.
The token swap process involved a snapshot of users’ old ATOR asset tokens at 12:00:00 on June 27, 2024. KuCoin converted old ATOR tokens to the new ANYONE tokens at a ratio of 1:1, ensuring a seamless transition for holders.
ANYONE Deposits Opening Soon
KuCoin will open ANYONE deposit and withdrawal offerings at 07:00:00 on July 18, 2024, allowing users to manage their new tokens on the platform. This will lead to providing liquidity and trading opportunities for investors interested in the rebranded protocol.
ATOR Protocol, now rebranded as Anyone Protocol (anybody.io), is being considered one of the largest decentralized exchange (DEX) migrations in crypto history. Notably, the ATOR pool became among the top 15 Uniswap pools on Ethereum in terms of value. This change marks a strategic shift for Anyone Protocol, shifting away from its previous association with Tor and emphasizing privacy as an essential human right.
The switch underscores Anyone Protocol’s dedication to promoting privacy solutions within the crypto and blockchain industry, reflecting broader industry trends towards enhancing user privacy and security.
KuCoin to No Longer Support ATOR Tokens
Investors and stakeholders are reminded that KuCoin no longer supports deposits and withdrawals of old ATOR tokens. They are asked not to deposit old ATOR tokens to KuCoin, as those transactions will now not be processed.
With the release of ANYONE tokens on KuCoin, the cryptocurrency community anticipates multiplied interest in the rebranded protocol, also strengthening its position inside the evolving landscape of decentralized finance (DeFi) and privacy-focused initiatives and projects.
