Binance Academy has joined forces with Pakistan’s Ministry of IT and Telecom to advance blockchain learning across the country. This effort will launch in the coming months, aiming to strengthen Pakistan’s Web3 workforce.
By 2026, the program plans to train 300 educators in blockchain engineering and reach 80,000 students at 20 leading universities.
This initiative builds on Binance Academy’s Global University Outreach Program, the largest Web3 educational effort worldwide, which began in 2023 and has already engaged universities across 20 countries.
Empowering Educators Through Intensive Training
The core of this partnership is a comprehensive training curriculum for professors. Educators will gain a deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, BNB Chain basics, and Solidity development.
Once trained, they will have the tools to teach blockchain concepts to their students and award certificates upon completion.

He noted that this collaboration with Pakistan’s Ministry of IT and Telecom marks a key milestone in building a knowledgeable workforce ready to drive digital innovation.
